At 55 I'm more confident and leaner than I was in my 30's and 40's! With way less exercise! I finally have the recipe!
I’m a 54 year old mother of four and new grandmother! I have been involved in the wellness industry for over thirty years. I understand how overwhelming and exhausting the world of fitness can be, and how much it can affect your self-confidence and self-esteem. I’ve worked with many clients just like you, with lasting success. I myself used to struggle with fluctuating weight, bloating, jiggly arms and thighs, and a feeling that I was not in control. I did not grasp why eating “clean” and grueling training just didn’t do the trick. I wanted to be leaner and stronger. I wanted to slow down the ageing process and perform well in my game - I adore tennis! I wanted to avoid injuries that would set me back. Most of all I wanted to feel empowered and comfortable in my own skin.
That’s why I became a Nutrition Coach. I wanted to learn more. I knew exercise wasn’t enough, and that what, when and how we eat are powerful weapons against fat gain, muscle loss and the aging process. I learned about the phenomenal power of hormones and their effect on aging, fat storage, muscle preservation and skin quality. I was committed to discovering the most effective exercise and nutrition protocol for hormone optimization. I didn’t want to spend countless hours working out or days on end, feeling deprived. I needed to find the perfect combination of diet and exercise - simple, sustainable, flexible and of course highly effective. I also needed to learn successful coaching techniques to empower my clients to make the necessary changes on their own terms. That's why I decided to become a Behavior Change Coach because it was crystal clear that changes in the body begin in the mind.
This program is a result of years of study, experience and experimentation, both personally and professionally. It has worked for me and so many of my clients. I am confident that it will work for you too. I give you the recipe, the support and the accountability. The rest is up to you!
We all know how good intentions go....
Everyday waking up thinking "This is the day!" to start exercising, eat better, drink more water, go to bed earlier, consume less alcohol - you know what I'm talking about don't you? Making better choices, changing habits.
If you've been meaning to make changes in your 20's, your 30's, your 40's and are now in your 50's, don't put it off any longer. At this point it's less about "looking" better, more about "living" better and mostly about simply "living"! This is the age where monsters lurk in the corners - consequences. Taking care of us means we can take care of others and not become a liability ourselves.
